L'AI che progetta organizzazioni umane (e la Cina che nasconde le emissioni)
Mentre la Cina sperimenta una nuova metrica del carbonio che lascia un buco grande quanto la Germania nei suoi dati ufficiali, il MIT pubblica una ricerca che ribalta tutto: l'intelligenza artificiale agentiva non sostituirà i lavoratori, ma richiederà strutture organizzative completamente nuove. Il paradosso è affascinante — da un lato abbiamo governi che faticano a misurare correttamente l'impatto ambientale, dall'altro algoritmi che potrebbero ridisegnare il modo stesso in cui lavoriamo insieme. Ma forse la vera innovazione arriva dal basso: in Mozambico, donne costruiscono economie circolari attraverso il riciclo e la cura reciproca, mentre in Europa nascono 'umbrella companies' che proteggono i lavoratori della gig economy. Cooperative di piattaforma che mettono la proprietà condivisa davanti alla tecnologia. Biblioteche che diventano presidi di salute mentale urbana. E la scienza della longevità che conferma quello che già sapevamo: meno proteine animali, più noci, movimento naturale durante il lavoro. Il digitale emerge come l'abilitatore silenzioso — dalle piattaforme che permettono cooperazione globale ai dati che (quando sono accurati) misurano il vero impatto. La domanda non è se l'AI cambierà il lavoro, ma se saremo abbastanza intelligenti da progettare sistemi che nutrono l'umano mentre scalano l'impatto. Dal mondo: nelle Highlands scozzesi, le Transition Towns usano algoritmi open-source per mappare i flussi di risorse locali, dimostrando che la tecnologia più sofisticata può servire le comunità più piccole.
